Omas Limited Edition Europa Fountain Pen in Original Box
Rare Omas, Europa, numbered 3133 out of a limited edition of 3500, fountain pen with a two-tone 18 karat gold nib, in its original display box.
On March 20,1992, Omas officially presented the Europa fountain pen in the Auditorium of the International Press Centre in Brussels. This special pen was authorized by the General Secretary of the Commission of European Communities.
The Omas Europa has great symbolic significance because the first 12 pens were presented to the Heads of State who signed the Maastricht Economical Treaty. Members of the press, as well as the RAI, many VIPs, as well as others, were in attendance to record the presentation of the historic pen.
