Late 19th century Austrian continental silver centerpiece bowl with ornate, volute handles with three-dimensional leaves applied, highly decorative and sophisticated engravings on the bowl with stylized motifs, a beaded rim, standing on 4 feet. It measures 15'' from handle to handle by 9 1/2'' in width by 4 1/2'' in height, weighs 23.7 ozt, and bears hallmarks as shown.
